Book Issaquena County Hotels

This was a random choice for us but we were SO HAPPY we chose this place. The rooms are set up like they would’ve been in the 1800s except electricity/water etc has been added for comfort. We had Little Annie room which was the smallest of the lot and was enough for us, the other rooms (you’re allowed to peek into the ones that aren’t booked) were absolutely luxurious. Insane high four poster beds, big rooms etc. They provide free bottled water and soft drink, tea and coffee station, awesome...

Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable when asking about the area and what to do. Rooms very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here. Includes a self tour around the Anchuca House.

It must be a southern states thing, but the (small) bed pillows were ruff and prickly and bed was very firm. The fitness room equipment was either unable to turn ON or in need of repair.

I am proud to be able to review this amazing hotel. The mansion has a rich history and the owners Macy and Joe love to share the history of the mansion and its previous owners. The rooms are absolutely stunning and have so much charm. They are extremely comfortable. All the guests sit down to an amazing breakfast together in the dining room which is such a nice touch. I cannot wait to visit this place again!

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. No view from my room, but located by the river. Restaurant and bar available, as well as room service. Good stay

Due to an unfortunate accident, needed overnight accommodation after being discharged from hospital. Very late check-in 11pm, staff were very friendly and thoughtful to my condition.

Room was quiet and comfortable, though the air conditioning was cold and seemed to only be controlled by the main controller in the main hallway of the house. No check-in staff on site as instructions are given via SMS, but a near-by B&B does have a reception to help you if needed, as we did. Breakfast is a three-course affair in the Duff Green Mansion, a short walk down the street.

This was a very comfortable hotel. We had a good stay there. Breakfast wasn't included, but the charge was minimal per person so worth paying the additional amount.
